Welcome to Ignite Zone LLC ("HitZone", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, booking a session, or using our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Ignite Zone LLC operates solely as a technology platform and an intermediary that connects users (students/parents) with independent professional baseball coaches. We provide the scheduling and payment infrastructure but do not provide direct coaching services.

3. Parental Consent and Account Registration

Because our target users are minors, all accounts must be created, managed, and paid for by a legal guardian of legal age. The legal guardian assumes full responsibility for the minor's use of the platform and adherence to these Terms.

4. Fees, Payments, and Intermediary Status

When you purchase a coaching session, you acknowledge and agree that the total fee paid consists of two parts: the coach's fee for the session, and a platform service fee retained by Ignite Zone LLC. The specific proportion of the platform service fee is determined by a separate agreement between Ignite Zone LLC and the respective coach. Ignite Zone LLC collects the total amount strictly as a limited payment collection agent on behalf of the independent coach and remits the coach's fee directly to them.

5. Prohibited Conduct and Non-Circumvention

Users and Coaches are strictly prohibited from bypassing the Ignite Zone platform to arrange, schedule, or pay for coaching services directly. Any direct transactions or private coaching arrangements outside of the platform are material breaches of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action for damages.

6. Assumption of Risk and Physical Environment

Coaching sessions involve physical activity. Ignite Zone LLC and its independent coaches are not liable for any physical injuries, health issues, or property damage that may occur during the online sessions. The user's legal guardian is solely responsible for ensuring a safe physical environment.

7. Technical Failures

Ignite Zone LLC is not responsible for session disruptions, delays, or poor quality caused by the user's internet connection, hardware issues, or third-party software (e.g., Zoom) failures.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, logos, and materials provided by Ignite Zone LLC remain our intellectual property.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

2. 서비스의 설명

Ignite Zone LLC는 이용자(학생/학부모)와 독립적인 프로 야구 코치를 연결하는 기술 플랫폼이자 중개자로만 운영됩니다. 당사는 일정 예약 및 결제 인프라를 제공할 뿐 직접 코칭 서비스를 제공하지 않습니다.

3. 법정 대리인 동의 및 계정 등록

당사의 주요 서비스 대상은 미성년자이므로, 모든 계정은 성인인 법정 대리인이 생성하고 관리하며 결제해야 합니다. 법정 대리인은 미성년자의 플랫폼 이용 및 본 약관 준수에 대한 전적인 책임을 집니다.

4. 수수료, 결제 및 중개자 지위

코칭 세션 결제 시, 이용자는 총 결제 금액이 '코치의 레슨비'와 'Ignite Zone LLC가 수취하는 플랫폼 서비스 이용료' 두 부분으로 구성됨을 인지하고 이에 동의합니다. 플랫폼 서비스 이용료의 구체적인 비율은 당사와 각 코치 간의 별도 계약에 의해 결정됩니다. 당사는 독립 코치를 대신하여 제한적인 결제 대행자로서 총액을 수납하며, 코치의 레슨비를 해당 코치에게 직접 전달합니다.

5. 직거래 및 우회 금지

이용자와 코치가 당사 플랫폼을 우회하여 직접 코칭 서비스를 예약, 일정 조율 또는 결제하는 행위는 엄격히 금지됩니다. 플랫폼 외부에서 이루어지는 모든 직접 거래나 개인적인 코칭 합의는 본 약관의 중대한 위반이며, 적발 시 계정 영구 정지 및 손해배상을 위한 법적 조치가 취해질 수 있습니다.

6. 위험 인수 및 물리적 환경 책임

코칭 세션에는 신체 활동이 수반됩니다. Ignite Zone LLC와 독립 코치는 온라인 세션 중 발생할 수 있는 신체적 부상, 건강 문제 또는 기물 파손에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 안전한 물리적 훈련 환경을 조성할 책임은 전적으로 이용자의 법정 대리인에게 있습니다.

7. 기술적 결함

당사는 이용자의 인터넷 연결, 기기 문제 또는 제3자 소프트웨어(예: Zoom) 오류로 인해 발생하는 세션 중단, 지연 또는 품질 저하에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

8. 지식재산권

Ignite Zone LLC가 제공하는 모든 플랫폼 콘텐츠, 로고 및 자료는 당사의 지식재산입니다.

9. 준거법

본 약관은 캘리포니아주 법률에 따라 규율되고 해석됩니다.
