At Ignite Zone LLC, we strive to provide the best possible experience while respecting the professional time of our independent coaches. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

1. Standard Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session start time are eligible for a 100% refund or rescheduling.

- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time, or No-Shows by the user, are strictly non-refundable.

2. No Refunds for Subjective Reasons

To maintain fairness, refunds will not be issued based on subjective dissatisfaction. This includes, but is not limited to: dissatisfaction with a coach's teaching style, lack of perceived skill improvement, or language barriers during the session.

3. Technical Failures

No refunds or make-up sessions will be provided for issues originating from the user's technical environment (e.g., poor Wi-Fi, device malfunction). Refunds or credits are only issued if the technical failure occurs on the platform's or the coach's end.

4. Coach Cancellations or No-Shows

If an independent coach cancels a session or fails to attend, you will be offered the choice of a full 100% refund or a rescheduled session at your convenience.

5. How to Request a Refund

All eligible refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@ignitezone.net within 48 hours of the scheduled session time. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Ignite Zone LLC는 최상의 경험을 제공함과 동시에 당사 독립 코치들의 전문적인 시간 가치를 존중하기 위해 노력합니다. 아래의 환불 및 취소 규정을 주의 깊게 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 일반 취소 규정

- 예약된 세션 시작 시간 기준 24시간 이전 취소 건에 대해서는 100% 환불 또는 일정 변경이 가능합니다.

- 세션 시작 시간 기준 24시간 이내의 취소나 이용자의 노쇼(무단 불참)는 엄격히 환불이 불가합니다.

2. 주관적 사유에 의한 환불 불가

형평성을 유지하기 위해 주관적인 불만족에 기반한 환불은 절대 제공되지 않습니다. 여기에는 코치의 지도 방식에 대한 불만족, 실력 향상 체감 부족, 또는 세션 중 발생한 언어 장벽 등이 포함되며 이에 국한되지 않습니다.

3. 기술적 결함

이용자의 기술적 환경(예: Wi-Fi 연결 불량, 기기 오작동 등)에서 비롯된 문제에 대해서는 환불이나 보강 세션이 제공되지 않습니다. 환불 또는 크레딧은 기술적 결함이 플랫폼 서버나 코치 측의 문제로 발생한 경우에만 발행됩니다.

4. 코치의 취소 또는 노쇼

독립 코치가 세션을 취소하거나 무단 불참할 경우, 이용자에게 100% 전액 환불을 받거나 원하는 시간으로 일정을 변경할 수 있는 선택권이 제공됩니다.

5. 환불 요청 방법

환불 요건을 충족하는 모든 요청은 세션 일정 시간으로부터 48시간 이내에 support@ignitezone.net으로 서면 접수되어야 합니다. 승인된 환불 건은 5~10 영업일 이내에 최초 결제 수단으로 환불 처리됩니다.
